I've loved photography for as long as I can remember. As a child, I was fascinated by the way a photograph could preserve a feeling, a season, or a fleeting moment in time. Decades later, that sense of wonder remains. Every time I deliver a gallery or receive film scans back from the lab, I'm reminded how fortunate I am to do this work.

I'm drawn to warm California light, natural color, and the atmosphere created in an image. The soft glow of sunrise, golden hour filtering through oak trees, the way evening light settles across a field. It is these quiet moments that inspire my work as a family photographer. My style blends honest storytelling with refined, timeless imagery, creating photographs that feel both beautiful and deeply personal.

As a mother of two wonderful children, I understand how quickly childhood changes. The small gestures, the personalities, the connections between family members are the details I want my own children to remember, and they're the moments I look for during every session. My goal is to create luxury family portraits that feel genuine, joyful, and true to your family's story.

When I'm not photographing families, maternity sessions, weddings, and events throughout Davis, Sacramento, Napa Valley, and Northern California, you'll find me chasing adventures with my kids, sipping coffee on the front porch with my husband and our Labrador, hiking local trails, traveling whenever possible, or tending to our ever-evolving garden.

One of the greatest gifts of this work is building lasting relationships with my clients. There is something incredibly meaningful about documenting a growing family year after year. Watching a family grow from maternity to newborn, from young children to graduation, and every milestone in between.
